UNA makes it easy to record your runs, rides, or hikes. Here’s how to start, pause, and finish an activity.
1. Starting an Activity
- Press the SELECT to open the activity menu.
- Press up or down to choose your activity type: Running, Cycling, or Hiking (more to be added in future updates).
- Press the SELECT again to start GPS tracing.
- Wait a few seconds for the GPS signal to be acquired, and then press the button again.
2. Pausing an Activity
- Press the SELECT button once to pause.
- While paused, you can:
- View your live stats (AVG. Pace, Distance, AVG. HR, Elevation Gain)
- Scroll down and SELECT Summary to View a Summary of your activity. Scroll down to view a breadcrumb map of your activity, total distance, AVG Pace, Time, Max HR and AVG HR).
- Press the BACK button to return to the main menu.
- Resume activity by scrolling back up and selecting RESUME.
3. Ending an Activity
- Press the SELECT button once to pause.
- Use the up or down button to find Save & End.
- Your data will automatically be:
- Saved to the UNA App. Once you are connected to your mobile device.
Notes
- You can manually lap during an activity by pressing the BACK button.
