Getting Set Up In Just A Few Minutes.
UNA is designed to be easy to use - that means minimal fluff so that you can get moving right away.
Follow these steps to get started.
Watch buttons
Top-right button → Select/Confirm/Start/Stop
Bottom-right → Lap/Return
Top-left → Scroll Up/Utilities (from Home)
Bottom-Left → Scroll Down/Glances (from Home)
Charge Your Watch
- Connect the USB-C cable to your watch and then to a safe power outlet.
- Place your UNA on charge until the battery indicator shows full (approx. 1–2 hours).
Power On/Off
Power On
- Hold down the SELECT button until the screen lights up.
- Follow the on-screen prompts.
Power Off
- Press the UP button to see utilities then press up again until you reach the power off icon.
- Press SELECT
Download The UNA App
- Available on both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play).
- Open your phone’s app store and search for 'UNA Watch', or scan the QR code displayed on your watch during the startup process.

Pair With Your Phone
- Open the UNA App navigate to the Watch page and select “Add New Device”.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to connect via Bluetooth.

Once paired, your watch will sync settings and update firmware if needed.
Customise Your Settings
- Set up activity goals (steps, floors, active minutes).
- Choose notification preferences (calls, texts, app alerts).
Start Your First Activity
- Press the SELECT button to begin.
- Choose from Running, Cycling, Hiking or Workout (more sports coming soon).

Press again to pause or end your session.
Notes
- Your data will automatically sync to the UNA App after each activity.

Strava integration can be enabled in the app settings (Check out: Connecting UNA To Strava)
Your UNA Watch is now ready to go. From here, you can explore advanced features, customise further, or simply start tracking your everyday activities.
